Updated 28 September 2026. This page describes the intended Sanifu intake and the local manual option. AI intake is available only when the website shows a connected assistant.
Use the intake for your learning goals, experience and practical constraints. Please don’t include passwords, API keys, private client records, financial account details or sensitive personal information.
When connected, your messages and AI replies are sent through OpenRouter to the configured model provider and saved in AWS DynamoDB for David to review. A random token stored in your browser lets you return to the conversation. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to open it. Clearing browser storage removes your recovery token, not the server copy.
The production retention period is not yet set. The staged backend can hide expired chats and schedule their deletion after a configured period, but no period or backup policy has been approved or deployed. You can delete a saved conversation in chat when it is connected; the owner can also delete it. Backups, if enabled, may retain deleted records for their configured recovery period. The exact retention and provider settings must be confirmed here before AI intake is activated.
You can review, edit and approve the summary. Approval confirms that it accurately represents your needs. It does not purchase a workshop, approve a final agenda, enroll you in marketing, or authorize a payment.
The manual brief is composed in your browser and downloaded only when you select Download. It is not submitted to Sanifu or saved by this form. Share it with David when you choose.
Cal.com handles call booking. When in-chat booking is connected, name, email and booking details are stored with your conversation; those structured fields are not sent to the model. Calendar deletion is separate from deleting a transcript. Stripe handles payment after you accept a written proposal. This website does not collect card details.
Contact David about your information. The website does not include advertising pixels or automatic newsletter enrollment.
